OneClinic Oy, a pioneer in healthcare logistics, awarded Great Place to Work -style certification with top scores
Finnish logistics software specialist OneClinic Oy has been awarded the Arvostettu työpaikka® (Respected Workplace) certification. The results of a recent staff survey reveal exceptionally strong job satisfaction: the company’s employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is a remarkable +64.
The results show that OneClinic’s employees are highly committed and enjoy their work. The entire staff responded to the survey, and the results comfortably exceed the averages for both the technology and healthcare sectors. An eNPS of over 60 is classed as exceptionally good, as scores in the technology sector typically fall between 25 and 40. In other words, this is a top-tier employer and working community. The statement ”All things considered, I would say this is a good place to work” received an outstanding average score of 4.8/5. The employer’s flexibility in accommodating private-life needs (4.7) and the workplace’s excellent team spirit (4.6) were also rated very highly by staff.
Freedom, responsibility and technical development
In their written feedback, employees particularly praised the flexibility and variety of their work. Respondents said they valued ”the freedom to do the job in a way that suits me”. It was also noted that ”the job is varied, which keeps the mind fresh”. Specialists find their work meaningful and appreciate having the chance to influence matters. One respondent described it as follows: ”The opportunity to take on a wide range of tasks and to drive the company and its products forward, for example through technical renewal.”
